Swift ETA (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Service”) is an independent, private concierge service that assists travellers in applying for the United Kingdom Electronic Travel Authorisation (UK ETA). We provide this service at swifteta.com.
Important: Swift ETA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Government, the Home Office, or any government authority. The official UK ETA application can be made directly at eta.homeoffice.gov.uk. Our service charge is in addition to the mandatory UK Government fee.
By accessing our website, submitting an application, or making a payment to Swift ETA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Swift ETA provides the following services:
We do not make decisions about ETA approvals or rejections. All decisions are made solely by the UK Government. We act solely as a facilitation and submission service.
Our service is available to citizens of countries eligible for the UK ETA scheme. You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By using our service, you confirm that:
Our service fees are as follows:
All fees include the UK Government ETA fee (equivalent to £20 per person) and our service charge. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Processing times are estimates and begin after payment is confirmed.
If your ETA application is rejected due to an error, omission, or oversight made by Swift ETA during the submission process, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid, including the government fee.
If your application is rejected because of inaccurate information you provided (e.g. incorrect passport number, undisclosed criminal history, or travel document issues), only the Swift ETA service fee component may be refunded at our discretion. The UK Government fee ($27 per person) is non-refundable in these circumstances.
No refund is available once your ETA application has been approved and delivered to your email address. We do not offer refunds for change of travel plans, visa refusals, or circumstances outside of our control.
If you contact us to cancel before we have submitted your application to the UK Government, we will issue a full refund.
To request a refund, contact hello@swifteta.com with your order reference number.
Your personal and passport data is retained for the minimum period necessary to fulfil your order and comply with our legal obligations. Specifically, all application data including passport details and photos is permanently and irreversibly deleted 30 days after your ETA is delivered to your email address. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Swift ETA facilitates the submission of your ETA application but does not guarantee ETA approval. Approval decisions are made solely by the UK Government. We accept no liability for:
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
You agree to:
